Intellectual property

Turkish IP law is quite new in Turkey, compare to European and American laws. Indeed, specific regulations are in course since 1995 and specialized courts are set-up since 2002.

Ozgur Asik has a significant experience regarding intellectual and industrial property matters, particularly trademarks, patents and related transactions and litigations.

Our various interventions permitted a close contact between our lawyers and Court's judges and IP/IT experts.

We represent a significant number of international companies before Turkish courts, in commercial law, contracts litigation, patent and trademark infringements, litigation between shareholders, employment agreement disputes, etc..

Ozgur Asik is a qualified patent attorney admitted to practice as intellectual property to the National Institute of Patent.
